सैकडों वर्षों की गुलामी के चलते लगता है हम भारतीय अपनी स्वाभाविक चाल भूल चुके हैं| क्रमिक गुलामी की इस सतत प्रक्रिया का असर लगता है हम भारतीयों के डीएनए पर भी पड़ा है| हमारा डीएनए ब्रिटिश से इटैलियन में ट्रांसफार्म कर चला है| जब लोगों के लगातार चलते रहने से सीढ़ी के पत्थर भी गिस जाते हैं तो फिर हमारा चरित्र क्या मायने रखता है| हम सैकड़ों वर्ष विदेशियों के गुलाम रहे, कभी मुसल्मानो ने, कभी पुर्तगालियों ने तो कभी अंग्रेजों ने हम पर राज किया| सैकड़ों वर्षों की गुलामी हमारी रग-रग में इस तरह समां गई है कि हम आजाद होने के बाद भी अपना राज नहीं संभाल पा रहे हैं| जैसे ही कोई विदेशी आकर हमारी कमान संभाल लेता है, हम स्थिर हो जाते हैं, वरना हमारी अस्थिरता बनी ही रहती है|
हमने अंग्रेजों से जैसे-तैसे मुक्ति तो पाई पर तब तक अपनी भारतीयता भूल चुके थे| आज भी हमारी स्थिति कुँए के मेंढक सरीखी है| हमारी हालत उस मछली की सी हो गई है जिसे कि वर्षों शीशे के गोल बर्तन में रहने के बाद जब समुद्र नसीब हुआ, तब भी वो गोल-२ ही तैरती थी, यानी कि अपनी स्वाभाविक चाल भूल चुकी थी| आजादी के बाद जिन काबिल लोगों ने देश संभाला वे बड़े दूरदर्शी थे| उन्हें पता था कि ये देश विशुद्ध भारतीयों से सँभलने वाला नहीं है| उन्हें इस बात का अंदेशा था कि हो सकता है खालिश इन्डियन डीएनए इस देश को संभाल न पाए, इस लिए उन्होंने इस बात की भी गुंजाइश रखी कि इसमें विदेशी अतिक्रमण की भी गुंजाइश बनी रहे|
ऐसा नहीं है कि हमारे देश में लायक लोग नहीं हैं पर उनकी काबिलियत तब तक दबी रहती है जब तक कि कोई विदेशी इनमें नकेल डालकर इस काबिलियत का दोहन नहीं करता| मनमोहन सिंह की काबिलियत (हालांकि लोगों को उनकी काबिलियत पर शक है) वर्षों तक नौकरशाही के तले दबी रही लेकिन जैसे ही ये पारस पत्थर सोनिया गांधी के हाथ लगा उन्होंने इस नाकाबिलियत को ही भारत की सत्ता के लिए अपना सबसे बड़ा अधिकार बना लिया| उनका निर्विकार, गंभीर, शांत, अल्पभाषी और अकर्मण्य स्वभाव जनता को भले बाल नोंचने को मजबूर करता हो पर हकीकत यही है कि वे भारत के प्रधानमंत्री बने हुए हैं| ये बात और है कि लोग उन्हें कार्यवाहक प्रधानमंत्री मानते हैं|
प्रणव मुखर्जी और चिदंबरम भी बहुत काबिल हैं पर बिना मैडम के वरदहस्त ये अपने आप में कोई औकात नहीं रखते| आपने देखा ही होगा कि पिछले दिनों दोनों काबिलों की काबिलियत टकराव में बदलते-२ रह गई| वो तो भला हो मैडम का कि एन वक्त पर दोनों की नकेल खींच ली वरना सिर-फुटव्वल तो तय था| सोनिया गांधी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री का पद ठुकरा देने के बाद जितने नाकाबिल कांग्रेसियों के विलाप का दूरदर्शन पर सीधा प्रसारण हुआ था उनमें से कुछ बाद में इस असरदार विलाप करने की काबिलियत के चलते ही मंत्री बने| इन विलापकारियों में से एक महिला अभी भी सरकार में मंत्री पद पर काबिज हैं| यानी कि उनकी इस काबिलियत को सिर्फ मैडम हीँ पहचान सकीं| अपने स्वदेशी टैलेंट को पहचानना हम भारतीयों के ही बस का नहीं है बल्कि इसे विदेशी चश्में से देखने पर ही इसकी सच्ची पहचान होती है|
नरेंद्र मोदी नाकाबिल हैं तो इसलिए कि उनके सिर पर कोई विदेशी हाथ नहीं है| अब भारतीय जनता पार्टी के खालिश भारतीयों को तो उनका टेलेंट नजर आने से रहा और वे तो मोदी को प्रधानमंत्री बनाने से रहे| मोदी और भाजपा के गठबंधन के सहयोगी नीतिश के बीच छत्तीस का आंकड़ा तो सभी जानते हैं| दोनों की काबिलियत आपसी टकराव में बदल गई है| इनके बीच कोई भारतीय समझौता ही नहीं करवा पा रहा या जानबूझकर नहीं करवा रहा, पता नहीं| भाजपा और संघ को भी इस विदेशी हाथ की शक्ति के महत्त्व पर ध्यान देना चाहिए और अपने युवा नेताओं को विदेशों में रिश्ते करने की महत्ता बतानी चाहिए| पता नहीं कब सत्ता संभालने के लिए विदेशी शक्ति की आवश्यकता पड़ जाय|
कमोबेश मोदी जैसा ही हाल लालकृष्ण अडवानी का भी हुआ| भाजपा के सुनहरे काल में भी वे हाथ ही मलते रह गए और उनकी उम्र गुजर गई| अब तो उनका प्रधानमंत्री बनना ख़्वाब ही नजर आता है| न जाने किस घड़ी-लग्न में उनके मुंह से जिन्ना की सच्ची तारीफ़ निकल गई और उनकी ही पार्टी के लोगों ने ही उनकी छीछालेदर कर दी| बोला तो उन्होंने भी सच ही था और जसवंत सिंह ने भी पर हो गया उल्टा| सच्चाई तो यही थी कि जिन्ना का कद नेहरु से बड़ा था और उनका प्रधानमंत्री बनना भी तय था पर महात्मा गांधी के प्रिय चेले नेहरु ने जिन्ना के ऐसी लंगडी मारी कि एक क्षण में ही भारत के स्वाधीनता संग्राम के बड़े सिपाही रहे जिन्ना भारत के कट्टर दुश्मन में बदल गए| भारत का विभाजन हुआ, हजारों-लाखों लोग दंगों की भेंट चढ गए, और भारत-पाकिस्तान एक दूसरे के कट्टर दुश्मन बन गए| सोचिये कि तब अगर जिन्ना भारत के प्रधानमंत्री बन गए होते तो आज इतिहास कहाँ होता और नेहरु-गांधी परिवार किस हाल में होता|
हरिलाल मोहनदास गांधी जीवन भर अपने पिता से इस बात को लेकर नाराज रहे कि उन्होंने देश के लिए सब कुछ किया पर अपने बच्चों और परिवार के लिए कुछ नहीं किया| महात्मा गांधी ने इस सच को स्वीकार भी किया कि अपने जीवनकाल में वे दो लोगों को कभी नहीं समझा पाए- एक जिन्ना और दूसरा उनका बड़ा पुत्र हरिलाल गांधी| सोचिये कि अगर महात्मा गांधी ने भी अपने परिवार के लिए वही सब कुछ किया होता जो नेहरु-इंदिरा ने अपने परिवार के लिए किया तो आज इतिहास क्या होता| अगर वल्लभ भाई पटेल और लाल बहादुर शास्त्री भी ऐसे ही सत्ता लोलुप होते तो क्या होता|

अगर कभी गलती से नरेंद्र मोदी भारत के प्रधानमंत्री बन गए तो कम से कम इस बात से तो संतोष रहेगा कि वे अविवाहित हैं और कम से कम परिवार मोह तो उनसे कुछ गलत काम नहीं करवाएगा|
सोचने की बात है कि सोनिया सरकार लोकपाल और विदेशों में जमा कला धन देश में वापस लाने के मुद्दे की आवाज उठाने वाले अन्ना-हजारे और बाबा रामदेव के पीछे क्यों पडी है? इन अन्ना-बाबा से इनको कौन सा खतरा है? जहां एक ओर सरकार बाबा रामदेव की संपत्ति और ट्रस्टों के पीछे हाथ धोकर पडी है और इनका हिसाब-किताब खंगाल रही है, वहीं दूसरी ओर पिछले अट्ठारह वर्षों के दौरान करीब 450 केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार के कार्यक्रम, परियोजनाएं और राष्ट्रीय एवं राज्य स्तरीय शिक्षण संस्थान, जिनमें कि देश की जनता का हजारों करोड पैसा लगता है, नेहरु, इंदिरा और राजीव गांधी के नाम पर चलाये गए हैं या चलाये जा रहे हैं| जरा इस लिस्ट पर गौर फरमाइए, निश्चित ही आप पढते-२ थक जायेंगे-

गुजरात की राज्यपाल ने नरेन्द्र मोदी के उपवास पर हुए खर्चका ब्यौरा माँगा है| जबकि प्रतिवर्ष राजीव गाँधी की पुण्यतिथि और जयंती के अवसर पर देश के 450 से अधिक अखबारों में “सदभावना” विज्ञापन पर जितना खर्च होता है उसका आधे से भी कम, मोदी ने अपने उपवास पर खर्च किया होगा| इसके अतिरिक्त प्रियंका और रॉबर्ट वाड्रा पर भी सरकार काफी मेहरबानी करती है| पिछले दिनों ही समाचारों में आया था कि देश के सभी हवाई अड्डों पर जामा-तलाशी से जिन लोगों को विशेष रियायत होती है उनमें रॉबर्ट वाड्रा का भी नाम है जबकि ये सम्मान आज तक टाटा-बिडला-अंबानी जैसे बड़े लोगों को भी प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है|
